A clearer quote
Length, height, materials, ground conditions and removal of existing posts affect cost. Ask whether old fencing, concrete and vegetation will be taken away. A gate, sloping run or difficult access may need more work than a straight section of panels.

Yes. Include photos of the panels and posts. The condition of the supports matters as well as finding a matching panel.
Resolve the intended position and any ownership questions before work begins. A fencing quote is not a determination of the legal boundary.
Yes. Explain its use and the opening width needed, especially for bins, bicycles or access to the rear of the property.
Ask for removal and disposal to be stated in the quote, including posts and concrete where relevant.
