A clearer quote
Cable length, ground work, supply alterations and the selected charger affect cost. Ask what the standard installation price excludes. Agree testing, commissioning, app setup and any notification work, as well as responsibility for making good.

Explain the parking arrangement first. Shared or public space introduces access and permission questions that must be resolved before an installation can be agreed.
